When receiving an order, you’ll be notified via e-mail. To process and manage your orders, go to WooCommerce > Orders.
When an order has been placed and payment has been received successfully, the order status will be “processing”. This means you now have to process the order. If you’re dropshipping, you would now have to place the order with your supplier. After you placed the order with your supplier or shipped out the product yourself, you can change the status to “Completed”. This way you’ll know which orders you have processed. This also prevents you from accidentally processing orders multiple times.
Please note that when you change the order status, the customer will be notified via e-mail.
To change the status of an order, click on the order to view the order details and click on the “Status:” dropdown menu. Select the desired status and click “Update”.
