After we finished building your website, you will receive an e-mail notification stating that you are the new admin of the website. In this e-mail, you will also find a link to set up your password. When setting up your password, please make sure to write it down at a secure location.
To get to the login page of your website, simply add ”/wp-admin” to your websites URL. It’ll look like this: https://yourdomain.com/wp-admin. To log in, simply fill in your login credentials (username and password) and click “Log In”.

Don’t worry, if your website for whatever reason ceases to function properly you can contact us and ask for a reset. We automatically backup your site daily and keep backups stored for 7 days. There’s no need for you to manually create backups. When requesting a reset, please include the date of the desired backup you want to reset.
Yes, all subscriptions are automatically renewed. But rest assured, you can cancel at any time.
You can cancel your subscription at any time. To cancel a subscription, log into your account on this website and go to the subscriptions section.
You can also find the subscriptions section so by clicking here. After you logged in, this link will take you to the desired page. At this page you’ll find a list of all your current subscriptions. To cancel a subscription, click the view button on the subscription you want to cancel. By doing so, you’ll be able to view the details of that particular subscription. To cancel, simply click the cancel button.
